Biography
Kyle’s primary practice areas are representing individuals and families injured or killed by the negligence of others. In this regard Kyle has tried numerous cases to verdict and secured millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. Kyle also represents numerous corporations and local governments and authorities in addition to buyers, sellers, and lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Kyle is a native of Quitman, Georgia and a graduate of Brooks County High School. Following high school, he attended the University of Georgia earning a Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in 2008. He then attended the Mercer University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2012.
Kyle enjoys the outdoors and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. Kyle is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and resides in Thomasville with his wife, Sarah, and their four children Powell, Colin, Felicity, and Bennett.
